Melissa Kelly is a GIS analyst with Patrick located in Orlando, Florida. She is a Registered Gas Distribution Professional (RGDP) with more than eight years of utility industry experience in design, planning, analysis, and data management services. She enjoys being able to combine her knowledge of GIS and gas systems to develop complex solutions for our utility clients.
