Shannon Mazelsky is a senior GIS analyst and project manager based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. She specializes in utility projects including tracking + traceability, utility network readiness, and Patrick's serviceability software (QWiC). She is well versed in data management, ArcGIS Enterprise administration, web mapping, GNSS, and implementation planning. Shannon thoroughly enjoys the versatility of GIS and its evolving technology as it continues to be more and more interesting and increases opportunities for collaboration with the rest of the Patrick Geospatial Team!
